A few more christmas cards

Made a few of these with some new embossing folders, added some fed ribbons along the sides then tied in a not.
another bridge card.

A card for my grandson, he got his first deer this year. First time working with a die cut and stamp. Hard to get the deer head lined up but finally got the hang of it and made the card. Stamped around it with the stamps from the kit using my Tim Holtz stamp platform. Had a bit of a problem with the ends of the pine stamp and the word love, seems the stamp was just not high in those spots on my stamps.

Here are a few of my cards for this year. I usually make more then one of each. Depends on the card though. Enjoy.

These are called Bridge cards. They can be a lot of fun to make once you figure out what you want.
This is the first bridge card I made for my teabag folding group.

Here are just some cards I made. Hope I haven't already posted them. The foil ones are using some foil's i found at the dollar tree store and some new Christmas tree embossing folders and a butterfly folder. Really hard to take a picture of the foil. On the butterfly one I used a sanding block to take some of the foil off.

Here are some cards made for my teabag group. The first card is a bridge card, this was our fold for the month and it was a little hard at first but once i figured out what i did wrong it was fun to make. Hope to make more of them.

Been awhile since i posted any new cards even tho i have made some, so today I will post a few.
These are a few I made with the new Micheal Strong stamp set, THE PANDA. He gave us all a free one when we had the black and white blog hop. Isn't he just the cutest little panda bear! These were made for someone to send to a missionary to take with her back to another country for birthdays for young school children.

These also went with the Panda cards. I used papers from PAPERWISHES.

A challenge at PAPERWISHES to use at least 8 small 1inch squares. I used paper from PW, leaves from stash.

This one is made for my teabag group. The center is a teabag frame. It's amazing what a few folds of paper can produce.
This is another card made from using PAPERWISHES products. This is a kit, sorry don't have the name of it by me right now. Will try to add it later. The teabag i made with PW PAPER.

I have been making some new card but not had time to post so will post a few of them now.Enjoy
These are a one sheet wonder challenge at the Paper Wishes site.

This is a burlap and paper challenge at PW. I like doing the challenge there as it gets my brain working on different things. I used a wooden tag some burlap on part of it and some cork on the top part. Then used some wasi tape, flower some little blue dots made of cardboard, and a bird picture card. The color scheme came from a comforter i have with browns and blues in it

These cards are made by using some Gelato on card stock then putting it in your embossing machine.

The top one is a swing card, my first and the second one is a z fold card. The papers are from Paper Wishes and is a card kit and it came with a plastic template to make the top card.

That's all for now.

Hello and Welcome to the Michael Strong Black and White hop! Thanks for joining us.You should have come from Dorly's blog

Don't forget to post a comment on Mikes for a chance to win some candy! And if you get lost you can head over to Hetty's Blog for more info.
Now I did get a bit carried away making some cards and a bookmark, lol.  I used a 8 by11  1/2 card stock and made up some 51/4 by 4 piece's then started to emboss them with the black and white embossing powders. My black did not do as nice as white did,old maybe but just wanted to be all over the Oh well here are some cards. Enjoy

These ones all used the Silhouette Panels

This is a bookmark using them also. I love that there are 3 different panels and they can be cut apart.
Here are a couple of cards using the cats.

The bottom one was done with stamping the little cat more then cut out and layered. Doesn't show up as well tho.

My last two are using the coffee cups.

The top one has the center cup cut twice and layered also.

Now head over to Jill's and see what pretty things she has made.

An don't forget to head to Mikes to see what he has in his catalog at

Thank you for joining us. Hope you enjoy the hop.

This is a card I made for a swap at Paper Wish's. It was our July swap.

Can't remember the name of the paper pack but it was a boat and water theme. So i cut the chairs out that where on a pier the cut the second page of it out and layered it. I like how it turned out. This one really had me thinking and looking for something  different to use. Thought i would post it now that she got it so I am playing catch up with my blog.

Feels good to be getting back into it and also doing up some scrap book pages.

Some cards.

Here is some one sheet wonders I made for another site.Wow these can be hard to cut if you don't know how. I watched a lot of video's on youtube to see how it was done. Found this one, seemed easy enough, lol.

I really like the 6 by 6 ones. Really great if you have double sided. Not sure I could cut up a big 12 by 12 one just yet, lol.

Here are a couple of black and white ones.

I used a lace stamp for these ones. Not sure what I will use them for yet.

Some one sheet wonders using the above template.

some teabag cards made for a new group i belong to.

Thats all for today. Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy your day.
